Waterloo

Last year Jim DeMint said of health care reform, "If we’re able to stop Obama on this it will be his Waterloo. It will break him."

More recently John Boehner has been arguing that the passage of HCR will be Waterloo for the Democrats.

And yesterday David Frum argued that the historic vote in the House was Waterloo for the Republicans.
